Now, RFS Foundation invites forward-thinking employers to unlock the next 100k hours - generating economic value while helping skilled military spouses, partners and veterans return to meaningful employment.
Every £1 invested funds one hour of RFS support — coaching, mentoring, upskilling and employment pathways for the military community. Once a spouse, partner or veteran is hired, every £1 invested returns £15 to the UK economy.
This isn’t a donation. It’s a direct investment in workforce participation, social value, and military family stability.
